Pilates with Joy was established in 2010 following my training at the Body Control Pilates Centre in London, and
is now based at seven venues in the Medway/Longfield area with 16 classes of beginners and mixed ability levels.
Relatively unknown until the late 1990's Pilates is now practiced by some one million people in the U.K.
